How humanport.dev handles your data
This page explains what this site measures, which services receive it, what stays in your browser and how you choose.
Version 1, effective 2026-10-29.
Who runs this site
humanport.dev is a project of Max Onyx. Questions about your data: me@maxim.run.
What is measured
Nothing, unless your privacy choice allows analytics. Then Datadog Real User Monitoring (RUM) measures how the pages work for you: page loads and their speed, errors, the files a page loads and the buttons and links you click, with their names masked. With each event Datadog receives your browser, device type, screen size and an approximate location derived from your IP address. There is no session recording. A session identifier is kept in your browser's local storage, not in a cookie. Google Analytics is not loaded on this site.
Who receives it
Datadog, Inc. (United States) keeps these events for 30 days in its US5 region. Vercel Inc. (United States) hosts the site: like any web server it receives your IP address with each request and tells the site your country and region, so the banner applies the right rule; the site stores none of it. Links to GitHub leave this site, and GitHub applies its own policy.
The operator console
The console at /console/ is a mockup that runs entirely in your browser: the tasks you type there stay in your browser's local storage and are sent nowhere.
What stays in your browser
Your theme and your privacy choice, with its date and the version of this policy, are kept in your browser's local storage. They never leave your device.
Your choices
Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland and Quebec have analytics off until they accept. Everywhere else analytics are on, with a notice and a Reject button. Change your choice at any time with “Privacy choices” at the bottom of every page; a refusal stops Datadog at once. Questions: me@maxim.run.
